protected yacht harbour on the Gulf of Finland
Local tip
Arrange larger-vessel berthing and lifting work before arrival, as vessels over 17 metres require prior agreement.

Yakht-Klub Dubkovaya Bukhta is a working yacht club and marina on the shore of Dubkovaya Bay, part of the Gulf of Finland in Leningradskaya oblast. Located at Okunyoviy Proyezd 4 in the Vysokinskaya area, the club offers a practical base for boat owners, sailors and guests travelling along the coast between St Petersburg and Vyborg.

The harbour is sheltered by a breakwater and has a marked approach channel. Berthing is available for vessels up to 17 metres in length and with a draught of up to 2.5 metres. Two yachts of up to 24 metres can also be accommodated by prior arrangement. The berths use concrete pontoons and smaller floating pontoons, with electricity and fresh water connected to the pontoons. Security posts, video surveillance and a fenced perimeter form part of the marina infrastructure.

Yakht-Klub Dubkovaya Bukhta is suited to both short stays and practical boating work. A six-metre-wide slipway supports launching and hauling boats of up to five tonnes, while a crane is available for vessels of up to eight tonnes. The site also provides boat repairs and maintenance, light boat hire, and storage for quad bikes, personal watercraft, snowmobiles and other equipment. These facilities give the club a functional, service-oriented character rather than the feel of a purely recreational waterfront.

Free Wi-Fi is available across much of the site, including the pontoons, with the network connected by fibre optic cable. Harbour users also have access to toilets and guest showers. The adjacent Okunyovaya recreation base adds a restaurant, billiards, a sauna, mini-hotels and cottages close to the marina. The restaurant provides the main dining option for the site, while the surrounding accommodation and leisure facilities make the harbour suitable for longer boating stays and mixed groups travelling with both sailors and non-sailors.

The setting is quiet and maritime, with boats, pontoons, service equipment and sheltered water shaping the atmosphere. Sailing boats are eligible for special offers, and arrangements for berthing, larger vessels, lifting work or equipment hire should be made with the club before arrival. Yakht-Klub Dubkovaya Bukhta is best suited to boat owners needing a protected harbour with basic shore facilities, technical support and nearby accommodation.
