Accommodation in St Petersburg

There is a wide choice of accommodation available for visitors to suit most tastes, budgets, and location preferences. High season runs from May to August, and reservations should be made well in advance if you're planning to visit then.

With three historic hotels included among 'The Leading Hotels of the World', modern international chains for business and leisure travellers alike, unique one-off hotels owned by prominent local businessmen, a whole category of smaller, mid-range hotels ('mini-hotels') often located in converted apartments, as well as apartments for short-term and long-term rental, you're sure to find something you like. Many of the larger hotels offer gym and sauna facilities, but these are not always included in the rates so be sure to ask about this when booking if this is important to you. Other things to consider are whether the room has private or shared bathroom facilities, the windows look onto the main street or the inner courtyard (not as picturesque perhaps, but full of local colour!) and whether the curtains are thick enough to block out the midsummer sun at 4AM! On these pages you'll find plenty of variety. Feel free to contact us too if you have any questions, we'll be happy to assist if we can.
