Baklazhan

One of our favorite restaurants in the city due to its combination of stylish, open-plan signature Ginza layout with authentic Caucasian and Uzbek dishes inspired by the chef's mother and grandmother. All the usual favorites including shashlyk, khachapuri, and of course, aubergine-inspired starters! Complete with in-restaurant bazar where you can purchase many of the spices and ingredients used in the dishes themselves.
