Tinkoff Private Brewery
Stpetersburg
Located in the building which housed the first branch of Russia's sprawling savings bank Sberbank, in 1841, St Petersburg financier and businessman Oleg Tinkoff opened the first of his brewery and restaurants here in 1998. The restaurant takes full advantage of the cavernous interior with seating for over 300 guests and a glass-fronted brew-room where tours explain the mysteries of the brewing process. There are six different kinds of Tinkoff micro-brew on the menu, including the filtered, unfiltered, lager and dark beers. The restaurant menu includes all kinds of beer appetizers, soups, salads, pizzas, burgers, as well as a pan-Asian selection, but for the ultimate Tinkoff experience try the metre-long house sausage! There is a regular calendar of live sports on tv and in-house music events. Home delivery is also available.
