The Empire Park hotel offers 36 modern and well equipped rooms in different categories: single rooms as well as two-room suites for family or friends traveling together. There is a conference room equipped with presentation equipment for business guests, and free wifi access in every room.
The building was formerly homes to the inventor of synthetic rubber, Sergey Vasilievich Lebedev, who lived here from 1924 to 1934. His wife, Anna Pavlovna Ostroumov-Lebedeva, who was a member of the Academy of Fine Arts and revived the art of engraving in Russia, lived in the house until 1956. Reproductions of her work can found throughout the interior of the hotel.
